Cindy Spear is the former Operations Manager at ChurchGrowth.org. She is a published author with over 30 years experience in the editorial and publishing field. She previously served as coordinating editor for Fundamentalist Journal, a monthly magazine published by Dr. Jerry Falwell. She enjoys women’s ministry, where she taught for nine years and served as a care group leader. Cindy and her husband, Doug, reside in Virginia.
